Travel Cribs For Toddlers

Long flight with a toddler while pregnant, help!?
It's a 10 hour flight with a 5 hour stop-over and I will be 28 weeks travelling with my husband and a 2yr-old.
My concern is that 1: flight leaves at 6pm and our daughter doesn't go to bed till around 10pm usually so that's 4 hours of entertaining we must do just there.
2: she usually doesn't sleep anywhere but in her crib so I have no idea how we will manage to put her to sleep on the plane.
3: the 5 hour stop over will be at around 3am our time so for the baby that will be the middle of the night. Apparently we have to check in the stroller so I'm wondering how I will get about with a sleeping baby while my husband takes care of the carry-ons and the lap-top bags without a stroller.
Anyone have any ideas for entertaining a toddler on board, putting them to sleep and dealing with a 5hr stop-over in the middle of the night?
Anything will be appreciated. Thanks!
Well, since she's two, you have to buy her a separate ticket, anyway. So, you may as well bring her car seat along and strap her in. Bring some benadryl (with your doctor's approval) and give her some if she's having trouble calming down. Bring some toys for her to unwrap/open every few hours. Think things like colorforms, coloring book and crayons, some matchbox cars, stretchy animals, a new book or two, etc. Nothing too pricey and nothing noisy, but just something "new."
And, you don't need to check the stroller with your bags--you can check it at the gate and then it'll be waiting for you when you get off.
