Can my boss sack me if I am unable to enter the job because no transport or any other form of funds?
i have been sent to different places as i work as a security officer for a large company.i relief have been told that my trip back to claim an expense form I made, I have not yet received yet have any travel expenses back.the other day I said I'm going to a site, which I could not reach because no funds or transportation ... I now being given a disciplinary hearing.can do that.
You can certainly hold a disciplinary hearing, which is their right if they deem justified. But and is a big but, I think they are on thin ice here. For someone like you travel can be very large and rapid mounting and any reasonable company appreciates this and ensure that travel expenses are reimbursed almost immediately.
