Gap year, university overseas uni, get a job, any suggestions?
I am currently in my freshman year and about to make my AS level exams. I'll have another year of college left, if my notes are all well. I am interested in ICT and media and to be honest I'ma bit of a gadget nerd. But we really have no future plans in mind. I would love to travel in the U.S., but would have to rise a lot of money and do not know how I would cope on my own for a year. I could go to uni but I do not really feel, if you know what I mean? I was also thinking that maybe I should go to the University / College in the U.S. and think it would be a very good experience, but I would not be able to afford that I do not know if I could get a student loan, because they are not going to UNI in the UK. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any courses that may be interested in college. How much money do you need? Gap year advice? Anything that helps me out a lot Thank you all:)

You can always come and go in the U.S. by up to 6 months. You will not be able to work though (the U.S. is the strictest countries in the world to obtain a work permit) so you'll need to save money and finance their own travel. Try to see the parts of the country other than New York, Florida or California. Not all live in a big city, or on the beach, or, with movie stars to try to experience the "real" America (ie the middle) ...
