How can I get basic health travel insurance to cover me at 74 for eight months in S.E.Asia?
It is going to be expensive, but you already know that I guess.
It sounds like an insurance firm is going to have to customise a policy for you. So you will need to go with a smaller firm, the big ones have drones on the phones who can't make any decisions.
The best way to contact one of these smaller boutique insurance firms is through an insurance broker. Different insurance brokers specialise in different things, property, livestock, business, leisure, event etc.
