5 weeks ago on a visit to my aunt's i noticed this guy, road works engineer working right on my aunt s street. he looked at me a lot, and later my aunt told me he asked about me. i saw him then a few times, him still at work, looking very interested, but talked very little; finally he asked my uncle if i have boyfriend and if i would go with him on vacation. last saturday i went to my aunt again, and my uncle called him in the courtyard, with some excuse. i managed to talk to the engineer for an hour, he asked me many questions (my life, my home address, travelling etc). He asked for my phone number but then he had to leave to work. In 4 days, not a sign from him. i know he s very busy, and now he s probably back for a few days to his home town. My uncle said he s shy, still, if a man is interested, he will do things, isnt it? i wonder if he gave up the idea of going on vacation with me or getting to know me at all...
A man will walk through fire to get to a girl he's interested in. If he wants to talk to you he will call you. If you don't hear from him don't waste one more minute of your time thinking about him. There are lots of guys out there. And whatever you do dont track him down with 100 excuses of how he lost your phone number, or must have been in an accident or something. He can use a phone book as well as you can. He may just not be that in to you. And that's ok! Find someone who is.
