Public transportation from East Elmhurst NY?
I've looked at the trip planner on the NYC travel page: http://tripplanner.mta.info/ but I'm not sure which area East Elmhurst is located.

Its the area immediately South of LaGuardia Airport. Next to Jackson Heights and Corona.
The Q19 bus runs along Astoria Blvd. and the Q66 runs along Northern Blvd.
Elmhurst & Corona are serviced by the 7 Subway line. Stops around there are Roosevelt Ave, 82nd St, 90th St, Junction Blvd, 103rd St, 111th St.
