Teaching English as a Foreign Language question?

I am a junior in college and am majoring in Law and Justice and Spanish. After graduating I would like to travel and teach English in other countries. I know there are ways to do this with just a bachelor, but I wonder if I can increase my options for employment and pay to obtain a certificate in TEFL. My question-since I'm interested in doing this, you should consider a graduate program in which I receive a master's or go through a program to obtain certification to teach ESL? Also, what is the difference between TESL, TESOL and ESL certification?

-TESL is teaching English as a Second Language TESOL, teaching English to speakers of other languages, ESL-English as second language I have a friend teaching English in South America right now she has a degree and a TEFL certificate that was connected to the Internet ... Im that goes down there near the end of the year also and I have a degree and am working on my certification. that's all you need, unless you want to get a master's degree but that is extra! and will take longer!
