Can I take my Archos Media Player to Cuba???

A little confused after reading some advice. I am traveling on holiday from the UK to Cuba next week. I have an Archos 605 media player that I watch video and listen to music on (good for a long flight!!). Here it is: http://www.archos.com/products/gen_5/archos_605wifi/index.html?country=gb&lang=en

The regulations are a little grey and I don't want this to be confiscated when I arrive! The advice says NO GPS, systems, walkie talkies ..etc The media player has WIFI which is currently disabled but NO GPS. Its a bit like an IPOD, but bigger..

Anyone know for sure whether I can take my media player with me from the UK? Am waiting a reply from tourist board, but nice to know if anyone else from UK has been and taken one before. Also want to take my DSLR, do I need anything special on my visa?

The rule is:

Portable electronic equipment for personal use may be imported for free.
Non portable electronic equipment like Video & DVD players, playstations, fridges etc. will be covered with a tax of 60 CUC.

For sure it won't get confiscated. They might make you pay the import tax of 60 CUC. But I doubt they will as it is portable.
