Travel Road Conditions Colorado

Permit Test: How close should you follow another vehicle?
The measure to be used by the driver who is following a vehicle under good road conditions is:
a) 2-second following distance
b) 10 feet for every ten miles per hour you are traveling
c) 1 car length for every ten miles per hour you are traveling
d) 3-second following distance
The Colorado Driver's Handbook says "under normal conditions, use the "TWO SECOND RULE." "
So that's what I answered on this practice test, but it says I GOT IT WRONG and that "d" was right (3 seconds). I'm confused and don't know what the right answer is...
Thanks so much for your help! God bless YOU!
Go with the practice test.
that should most closely resemble the real test
That Driver's handbook could be outdated
