Travel To Italy Tips

Italy travel tips and information?
Hi. I'm 17, and heading for italy with a couple of friends this summer (july 2010). Need help and information about a couple of things. Would be very happy for every answer!
1) Anyone who can recommended the cheapest way to fly to Rome or Pisa from Heatrow or Manchester?
2) As said, i'm 17 and wondering if anyone knows if it's legal in Italy (Florence and Rome) to stay at a hotell if you are a minor?
3) Any good male vintage clothing stores in Florence?
Thanks a lot!!
For the first part: It's too early to know the fares for next July, but a couple of excellent resources for budget flights here are: http://www.skyscanner.net/ and http://www.whichbudget.com/en/ . You're more likely to find a budget flight to Italy from one of the other London airports - Gatwick, Stansted, or Luton. EasyJet flies to Pisa from Gatwick or Luton and RyanAir from Stansted. Jet2 and Thompsonfly operate from Manchester to Pisa. These airlines also operate some flights to the Rome airports. In addition, germanwings and AirBerlin can get you from Stansted to Rome Fiumicino airport.
