The Villas at Cooswattee are nestled in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay, Georgia. The Villas at Coosawattee offers one, two, & three bedroom cabins, A-frames, villas, & condo units with spectacular mountain and river views. Accommodations are distributed in clusters and in the most beautiful locations-- on the river, at the highest point of the resort, or next to the Recreation Center.  

Speaking of the Recreation Center, amenity privileges are included with your rental. The Recreation Center is bursting with activities such as putt putt golf, tennis, working out at the fitness center, swimming in the indoor heated pool, tanning on the sunning deck, playing in game room, and so much more. The resort also features six river parks with playground and picnicking facilities, a fully stocked pond at the Fishing Pond with no license required, a peaceful outdoor Pool II, Teen Center with game room and pool, the Coosawattee Library, walking trails, and more for you to discover and enjoy.

And for those of you with dogs-- The Villas offers dog friendly units at a charge $15 per pet per night for guests traveling with adult dogs over 12 months old and under 25 lbs.  No more than two (2) well-behaved dogs per unit are permitted. Your pooch would love to go walking in the woods, splashing in the Coosawattee River, or even chase a squirrel. The facility even features a fenced in dog park where your pooch can run leash free in safety.

Want to hear more? The Eagle Mountain General Store located just outside the Eagle Mountain Gate features the tallest inflatable water slide in the world! The Monster Water Slide isn't your ordinary, run-of-the-mill water slide. The slide towers 45 feet above the ground with 41 steps that lead up a steep incline to a lofty platform covered by a canopy. We dare you not to scream!

Since everything we've mentioned is so sizzling hot, we have just the thing to cool you down: tubing, kayaking, and live entertainment, also offered at The Eagle Mountain General Store. Take a 2 ½ hour float down the Coosawattee River on a tube with life vest and shuttle provided with fee, or embark on an 1 ½ kayaking trip with equipment, life vest, and shuttle provided with fee. The General Store also features "Pickin' on the Porch" on the 2nd and 4th Saturday night of each month (weather permitting), with a variety of local entertainment and music from Gospel to Bluegrass to Old-Time Rock 'n' Roll. Bring your own lawn chair, pull up your seat next to the bon-fire, and roast some marshmallows while enjoying the entertainment and mountain ambiance!
