Which of these 2 Chicago pizza places makes the better pizza Lou Malnati's or Pizzeria Uno?
Tonight on the travel channel, they are doing food wars for Chicago pizza, and they are having Lou Malnati's vsPizzeria Uno. So between these 2 pizza places, who makes the better pizza. And by the looks of it, they both do the stuffed pizza, where the sauce is on top of the pizza. And I know that Lou Malnati's makes pizza this way for sure, but which of these 2 pizza places makes the better pizza and why?
Only Giordano's makes stuffed pizza with an extra crust on the top.. The pies by Lou and Uno are true Chicago pan style.
Uno's quality has gone down since the corporation moved its' headquarters out to the east coast.
