Travel Yoga
Mixed martial arts & yoga?
I'm interested in taking the following but my only problem is that I won't feel the same taking "classes" in Canada and yet I cannot travel to Asia...:
Tai chi (All forms, Wu tai chi -taiji etc.)
Muay Thai kickboxing
Kung Fu
Taekwondo
Yoga
Meditation
I want to be taught these traditionally, does anyone know a person or a place that still does these arts in the traditional form? Most things nowadays are taught either simplified and don't feel the same with instructors that aren't into ancient martial arts. :S
If u want to learn Tai Chi look up Blue Siytangco if u learn traditionally without leaving the country. Yoga can be a great compliment to any MA because of the flexibility and breathing exercises u learn from it. I dont know much about the rest.
If u want to learn MAs traditionally then u should dedicate urself to 1 so u can get the most out of it. It takes many years to become proficient in traditional MAs.
