Insurance adjuster doesn't call back?
We have water damage in the finished basement since last Wednesday. The insurance company (Travelers) assigned an adjuster to our case, yet, we cannot get hold of him at all. He is not calling us and we keep leaving him voice mails.
We keep calling customer service and the rep claims there are many other homes with damage worse than ours out there and the adjuster is busy. Is it their right to drag their feet? We want to start fixing our home.
You call your agent, and ask the agent to get that adjuster to call you back, OR have that claim reassigned to another adjuster who can call you back TODAY. This is an unreasonable time period.
